30 pm each day.

JOB DESCRIPTION Verify tickets and doors match the shipping paperwork, thorough visual quality inspection, minor repairs, segregate green/white doors, stack and package special doors according to specials SOP.
Clean doors with air hose.
Immediately communicate concerns with doors that will not meet the deadline.
KNOWLEDGE Procedure for verification of production tickets/schedules, door types, quality specifications for visual checks, basic math, knowledge of defects, stacking/packaging procedures, knowledge of how to segregate doors based on the type of orders.
SKILL High attention to details and focus on quality, use of small hand tools, staplers read a tape measure to a 16th of an inch, use repair tools (touch up paint, putty, putty knife, glue gun, sander, and air hose) PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift of to 80 lbs, Bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and constantly on feet.
